Lachlan is a passionate and dedicated professional with over ten years’ experience in the field of Special Education, and four years’ working in the financial securities industry. With a deep understanding of the challenges faced by those with additional needs, he has made it his mission to help individuals thrive and succeed.

Lachlan has a strong background in supporting and guiding others, having served as Year Advisor for a cohort of 200 pupils, and more recently relieving as Head of Support Unit at Bathurst High Campus.

However, it is Lachlan’s personal experience with his father’s early onset dementia that has inspired him to start his own company, Tempus Care. Lachlan has dedicated years to taking care of his father and has seen first-hand the challenges that individuals with complex needs face. He believes everyone deserves the opportunity to lead fulfilling lives, and that is why he founded Tempus Care.

Lachlan has successfully advocated for funding for persons on behalf of families to the NDIS and continues to be in frequent consultation with the NDIS, Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, and families to ensure that goals are being met for individuals with complex and challenging needs.

He continues to leverage community relationships to connect individuals with employers. Which has resulted in successful TVET studies, enthusiastic and successful work placements, and an abundance of post-school career success stories for his students.

With his extensive experience and unwavering commitment to helping others, Lachlan is poised to lead Tempus Care into the future.
